Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a session with Bunty Studio?

Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email with your event details. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss availability and next steps. A 30% deposit is required to secure your date.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For portrait sessions, 2-4 weeks notice is usually sufficient. Popular dates (weekends, holidays) book up quickly, so earlier is always better.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

We understand plans change! You can reschedule your session up to 14 days before your date at no extra charge (subject to availability). Rescheduling requests within 14 days may incur a fee.

Do you travel for destination shoots?

Yes! We love destination weddings and events. Travel fees are calculated based on distance and logistics, and we'll provide a transparent quote upfront. We've shot in various locations across Canada and internationally.

Pricing & Payments

What are your rates?

Our packages start at $599 for portrait sessions and range up to $2,499+ for full wedding coverage. Visit our pricing page for detailed packages, or contact us for a custom quote tailored to your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer, credit cards, and PayPal. For weddings and large events, we offer payment plans to make things more manageable.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event or session.

Can I customize a package?

Absolutely! All our packages are flexible. Want to add drone coverage, extra hours, or a second photographer? Just let us know and we'll create a custom quote for you.

The Session

What should I wear to my session?

Wear something that makes you feel confident! We recommend coordinated (not matching) outfits in solid colors or subtle patterns. Avoid large logos or busy prints. We'll send you a detailed style guide after booking.

How long does a typical session last?

Portrait sessions typically last 1-2 hours. Engagement sessions are 1.5-2 hours. Wedding coverage varies based on your package (6-12 hours). We never rush you.

Can I bring props or pets?

Yes to both! Props can add personality to your photos, and we love including your furry family members. Just give us a heads up so we can plan accordingly.

What if the weather is bad?

For outdoor sessions, we monitor the weather closely. Light rain can actually create beautiful, moody shots! For severe weather, we'll work together to reschedule or find an indoor backup location.

Delivery & Photos

How soon will I receive my photos?

You'll receive a sneak peek of 5-10 images within 72 hours. Full galleries are delivered in 2-4 weeks for portraits and 4-6 weeks for weddings, depending on the size of the event.

How many photos will I receive?

The number varies by session type and length. Portrait sessions typically yield 80-150 edited images. Weddings can range from 400-800+ photos depending on coverage hours.

Do you provide raw/unedited photos?

We don't provide RAW files as our editing is an integral part of our artistic process. All delivered images are professionally edited to our signature style.

How are photos delivered?

Photos are delivered via a beautiful online gallery that allows easy viewing, downloading, and sharing. You'll receive full-resolution digital files with a personal use license.

Do you offer prints and albums?

Yes! We partner with professional print labs to offer museum-quality prints, canvas wraps, and custom-designed albums. Pricing is available after your gallery is delivered.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full professional liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance for venues that require it.

Do you have a second photographer?

For weddings and large events, we highly recommend a second photographer to capture multiple angles and ensure nothing is missed. This can be added to any package.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to our cancellation policy outlined in the contract.
